If your Personally Identifiable Information changes, you may update this information at any time from within your Mail2World account by clicking the 'Options' button on the navigation bar, and then clicking on the 'Profile' link. To change your email address, you must create a new account and select a new domain name, etc. If you no longer desire our service, please email your request to delete your email address and Personally Identifiable Information along with your username to our Customer Support Dept. at support@mail2world.com or by contacting us by postal mail at Customer Support Dept., Mail2World, Inc., 10960 Wilshire Boulevard, 9th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90024. Or you may simply not use your email account, in which case it will automatically deactivate after 30 days of non-use. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
36 We will retain your information for as long as your account is active and in good standing to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements

Your Personally Identifiable Information and email address is used only for demographic statistics, to display appropriate individualized advertisements, process credit card payments and purchase domain names. Mail2World keeps all of your Personally Identifiable Information and email addresses private, sharing that information only as necessary. We may share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf to help with our business activities. These services may include fulfilling orders, payment processing and providing customer services. These companies are authorized to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Mail2World will not disclose your Personally Identifiable Information or email address unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Mail2World; (3) enforce the Mail2World Terms of Service; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
38 If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our website, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. Mail2World does not store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Your friend may contact us at policy@Mail2World.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
39 If Mail2World is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personally identifiable information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personally identifiable information.
40 Principle 4. We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our customer information. We may facilitate relevant offers from companies that you have expressed interest in. Mail2World will not send you any unsolicited information, including email, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a Mail2World welcome letter explaining the features provided by the service. Under exigent circumstances, Mail2World may be required to send you information about the service or your account. As a feature of the service, Mail2World may provide customers with a membership email newsletter, upgrade notifications and other service-related information. Mail2World will not send you unsolicited email regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time.
41 Principle 5. The Mail2World contains links to other web sites and assumes no responsibility for content or policies of those sites. Please note that when you follow one of these links, you are entering another web site. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policies on the other sites, as their privacy policies may be different than ours.
42 Principle 6. You may opt-out of receiving all Mail2World communications except the 'Site & Service' administrative notifications. Site & Service notifications are critical to your email service operation. Other communications include the Mail2World Membership Newsletter. In the future, they may also include opt-in opportunities for you to receive information from other companies. You may opt out of receiving the newsletter by selecting 'Options' on the Mail2World site, clicking on 'Profile' to access your personal profile information, or you can contact us at support@mail2world.com and finally, deselecting the newsletter option (unchecking the checkbox) near the bottom of the registration page.
43 Principle 7. You will be notified of any changes in our email practices, Personally Identifiable Information collection processes, the way we use that information or our privacy policy itself. If we decide to make changes in our email practices, we will post those changes to this privacy policy, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make material changes to the way we use your email address, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page, prior to the change becoming effective. If we are going to use your Personally Identifiable Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. 56 Mail2World stores, processes and maintains your Contacts data in order to provide the service to you. Any third-party contact's personally identifiable information that you may have entered into Contacts (e.g., friends, family, and coworkers) is private and is not used for any purpose by Mail2World. The information collected in our Add Contact form includes names, titles, email addresses, phone numbers, IM names, Skype names, mailing addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, names of spouses or partners, employer's company and department, professional titles, work addresses, work web site, work manager's name, fax number and pager number.
57 When I import my address book from another email account, how is that information handled?
58 Mail2World offers an Import Contacts feature to help you keep in touch with your contacts that you may have listed in other email address books. Through our Import/Export Wizard, we make it easy for you to manually step through the process of accessing your contact information (e.g., Gmail account, .CSV file, vCard), then the Wizard automatically imports the contact information (i.e., contact names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, etc.) into your Mail2World Contacts.
59 Mail2World's Contacts also allows you to request updates from your contacts by clicking the Request Update button in a contact's information panel. The invitation to update will be delivered in an email message displaying your "From" name, and the subject line will read: "[Contact's Name]: Update Your Contact Info."
